Drawing from user feedback and our advanced insights, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of Engatta's fundamental components, including the navigation menu, header, login page, and user menu.
Furthermore, we revised the colour scheme to guarantee a distinct contrast, enhancing visual clarity.
Related Items for Content, Events & Tickets
Users often seek a straightforward and accessible method to interconnect content items, events, and tickets. To address this need, we are introducing the Related Items feature.
This functionality facilitates the creation of reciprocal relationships, meaning that if you designate Item B as related to Item A, Item A will automatically be recognized as related to Item B. The procedure for searching and adding items mirrors the process used for incorporating items and events into collections.
Easy Sort for filters and labels
Easily sort and filter items on a page, options are divided into Default (Filters) and Custom (Label filters) menus.
Shared Wall with new options
You can now share a wall view with people outside Engatta. This new Wall:
Features a personalized title,
Offers an optional description,
Indicates the expiration date,
Incorporates events,
Displays collection colours,
And is accessible on mobile devices.
UX Improvements
We are pleased to present a series of enhancements aimed at improving the overall user experience:
A coloured dot in the Sidebar now serves as an indicator for references, tasks, and conversations, signalling the presence of any items and highlighting new additions.
The number of Tasks is now displayed on the Overview page
The overview pages now include a back arrow for easier navigation.
Regardless of their colour, Mondays have been designated as the initial day of the week for calendars utilized in Engatta.
The background colour of today's marker in the Calendar has been enhanced for improved visibility.
Similarly, when you select an item in the Planner, the active row is highlighted for better visibility.
The ticket input feature has been upgraded to allow selection, rather than being restricted to read-only access.
Fixes
The Sidebar previously encountered issues where Conversations, Tasks, and References were not updating correctly; however, these have now been successfully addressed and are functioning as intended.
LinkedIn Import for Paid Ads
The problem related to importing content from YouTube and Instagram has been successfully resolved.
